The next time you pick up a comic, count the number of fists you see, it's gotta be the most drawn hand position in comics! "Why is that?", you may ask. I'll tell ya. It's because the Good Guys and the Bad Guys are always fighting! 
As a comic artist you not only have to learn how to draw the fist from many different angles, but all the other positions the hand can take as well!
